2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 10 business days as each is unique.
• Shipping times may vary based on location.
• If an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the intellectual property of JayEhm.com and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
6. Custom & Commissioned Work
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable but will be created with client collaboration to ensure satisfaction.

We stand by the quality of our artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, but we will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure satisfaction.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at jay@jayehm.com with:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the artwork (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance for high-value items.
4. Refund Process
• Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• If the return is due to damage or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
5. Exchanges
